Wellness coaching focuses on one area, behavior change. You know what you need to do, I help you figure out how to do it. I also bring access to resources, information and contacts that can help you achieve your goals.
Nutrition Coaching looks at what, when and how of your food life. It requires you document what you eat for a short time so we can explore the reality of whats happening together. Then through discussion and gradual changes, move toward the type of eating that makes you feel good and be healthier.
Fitness Coaching focuses on movement, do you move, how much and how often? Perhaps you would like to move more, but don't like the gym or feel lost when you go... I can help figure out simple starters to get you moving, keep you focused and make moving fun or at least tolerable.
Put it all together and you have someone who is on your side, someone you can explore your goals with and who is there to support your journey. The truth is you must take care of yourself to take care of others. Give yourself the chance to be your best you! I believe the best is yet to come.
